B2B Sales Executive - Chinese Market Expansion

As a B2B Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating contracts. You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our sales efforts are aligned with our broader business strategy. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 4.6 million to IDR 6 million per month, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Chinese market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, distributors, and end-users.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, working closely with legal and procurement teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Manage and track the sales pipeline using Salesforce and SAP.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with broader business strategy.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Indonesian work permit and ability to travel internationally.
