As our Accounting Officer, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes.
• Leverage SAP and QuickBooks to streamline financial operations and drive efficiency.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Maintain and update financial documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a cold storage or logistics environment.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Experience with SAP and QuickBooks is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
