• Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and performance
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automotive marketing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive finance sector
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
