📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting and tax regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management and other departments as needed.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and file all tax returns and supporting documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure the proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting and tax compliance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
