As a Podcast Production Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the production team in creating engaging and high-quality podcasts. You will work closely with the production manager and other team members to ensure that all aspects of the podcast are met with precision and creativity. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a global project while enjoying the beautiful and culturally rich surroundings of Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the production of podcasts, including recording, editing, and post-production tasks using tools like Adobe Audition, Audacity, and Descript.
• Support the production manager in organizing and managing the podcast production schedule.
• Help with the preparation of scripts, storyboards, and other production materials.
• Conduct research and gather relevant information to enhance the content of the podcasts.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials for the podcasts, including social media posts and graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the podcasts are effectively promoted.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.
• Ensure that all production tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in podcast production or a related field.
• Proficient in using podcast production software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, and Descript.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with audio editing techniques and principles.
