📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement emergency response plans, including disaster preparedness and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular drills and simulations to ensure the effectiveness of emergency response protocols.
• Coordinate with local and national emergency services, including the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) and the Indonesian National Police (Polri).
• Monitor and evaluate emergency response operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with national and international safety standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the emergency response team, fostering a culture of safety and preparedness.
• Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and the private sector to enhance community resilience.
• Represent the Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung at local, regional, and national emergency response forums.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Disaster Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency management or a related field.
• Certification in disaster management or emergency response (e.g., FEMA IS-200, CDE, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of national and international emergency response standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in using emergency management software and tools, such as GIS, CAD, and incident management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in high-stress situations.
