📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
• Present company products and services to potential customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the water purification industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
