📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations for the F&B division, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Lead recruitment efforts, sourcing and hiring top talent to meet our division's needs.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.

• Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
