📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate communication between management and employees to resolve conflicts and address concerns.
• Organize and coordinate team-building activities and events to strengthen team cohesion.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, such as onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with the HR team to gather and analyze feedback to improve workplace culture.
• Use Slack and Google Workspace to streamline communication and document processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations or a similar role.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and cultural sensitivity skills.
