📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute action plans to address key business challenges.
• Collaborate with HR and line managers to ensure alignment between organizational goals and employee development initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing training programs.
• Certification in Organizational Development or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
