In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with national and international sustainability goals. You will work closely with government agencies, local communities, and industry stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of energy transition projects. Daily, you will be immersed in data analysis, policy formulation, and stakeholder engagement, using tools like Power BI and SAP for comprehensive reporting and project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategies for reducing carbon emissions and integrating renewable energy sources in Bangka Belitung.
• Lead the formulation and implementation of energy efficiency policies and programs.
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of energy transition projects, ensuring they meet sustainability and financial objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and challenges in the energy sector.
• Collaborate with government agencies, local communities, and industry stakeholders to drive the adoption of sustainable energy practices.
• Monitor and report on project progress, using tools like Power BI and SAP for comprehensive reporting.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and forums to advocate for sustainable energy solutions.
• Ensure compliance with national and international environmental regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Energy Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in carbon management, renewable energy, or energy transition projects.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale energy projects.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian energy policies and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Power BI and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Certification in carbon accounting or renewable energy management is a plus.
