📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate schedules and tasks between butlers and the front office to ensure seamless guest service.
• Manage guest requests and ensure they are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas.
• Support the front office staff in handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Monitor and report on the performance of butlers and front office staff to ensure quality service.
• Assist in organizing and managing inventory for guest amenities and supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff alike.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with guest relationship management systems (GRMS) and property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
