As an AB Deck on board our OSVs, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, assisting in mooring and unmooring operations, performing deck maintenance, and contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of the vessel. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in mooring and unmooring operations using winches, ropes, and other equipment.
• Perform routine deck maintenance and repairs, ensuring the vessel is in top condition.
• Monitor and report on the vessel's position, speed, and other navigational data.
• Assist in cargo operations, including loading and unloading.
• Participate in safety drills and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Work closely with the deck officer and other crew members to ensure smooth vessel operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized deck area.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to the crew.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Able-Bodied Seaman (AB Deck).
• Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate (SMC) and Seafarer's Identity Document (SID).
• Possession of a valid STCW-95 Basic Safety Training (BST) Certificate.
• Familiarity with basic maritime equipment and tools.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
