📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems
• Ensure the security and efficiency of our IT environment
• Provide technical support to employees and departments
• Implement and manage IT policies and procedures
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal IT performance
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems management
• Proven experience with ITIL framework and best practices
• Familiarity with VMware, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud platforms
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent are a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
