📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and verify import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth import processes.
- Conduct regular audits of import documentation to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on import documentation procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in international trade laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain import documentation databases and records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new import documentation procedures and systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international trade documentation or a related role.
