Hub Space Pratama is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse in Balikpapan. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high standards of inventory management.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, optimizing storage and retrieval processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Optimize storage and retrieval processes to improve inventory turnover and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety measures to protect staff and goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receiving transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to streamline operations and improve accuracy.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
