📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage warehouse equipment and ensure it is well-maintained and operational.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
