📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Delegate tasks to kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow.,Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
