📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and optimize Thermo Vacuum Forming processes to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.,Conduct process validation and verification to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and operators.,Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, particularly in Thermo Vacuum Forming or similar processes.,Strong knowledge of process control systems and instrumentation.,Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational excellence.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.,Experience with process validation and verification is a plus.
