We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Billing & Collections Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving our billing and collections processes to ensure timely and accurate payments. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to resolve any billing issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize billing and collections processes to ensure timely and accurate payments,Analyze billing and collections data to identify trends and areas for improvement,Work with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure customer satisfaction,Develop and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce delinquencies,Monitor and report on billing and collections performance metrics,Train and mentor junior staff on billing and collections best practices,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in billing and collections

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing and collections, preferably in a BPO or similar industry,Strong knowledge of billing and collections processes and systems,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with accounting software and systems is a plus
