📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any financial discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to junior finance team members.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
