📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a strong network with potential candidates and industry professionals.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
