📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive mine closure plans in accordance with environmental regulations and best practices.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and monitor rehabilitation progress to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead community engagement initiatives to address concerns and build trust with local stakeholders.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies, including the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, to ensure smooth and successful mine closure.
• Manage and oversee the execution of rehabilitation activities, including land restoration, water management, and biodiversity conservation.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation and reports for mine closure activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the mine closure team, including engineers, geologists, and environmental scientists.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in mine closure and environmental management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine closure, environmental management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and MineSight.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices in mine closure.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in mine closure or environmental management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
