📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.,Train and develop cashier staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent losses and ensure security.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role in a retail or hospitality environment.,Proficient in using cash register systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and basic English is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management and restocking procedures.,Experience in managing and training staff is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
