Place Pro Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth cash handling processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and assist in sales transactions to meet daily targets.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Ensure accurate and timely cash handling and financial transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Monitor sales performance and provide reports to the manager.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of financial transactions and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
