Sun Max Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior bookkeepers and accounting staff.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Handle bank reconciliations and payroll processing.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP standards.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and leadership skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
