Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC lathe, milling, and grinding machines to produce high-quality aerospace and industrial components.
- Set up and calibrate machines according to engineering specifications and drawings.
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
- Inspect and quality-check finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production processes and quality.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, with a focus on lathe, milling, and grinding machines.
- Proven experience in producing high-precision aerospace and industrial components.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and machine setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
- Certification in CNC Machining (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English is a plus.
