CIRCUIT Dinamis is looking for a Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team in Ubud. As a Deputy Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the efficient management of our inventory. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of all warehouse transactions.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage inventory levels and meet demand.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects is a plus.
