📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.,Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to facilitate smooth inventory flow.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
