📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Teller in managing cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.,Ensure the accuracy and security of all cash transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation.,Assist in reconciling cash counts and resolving any discrepancies.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Adhere to the bank's security protocols and confidentiality policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Familiarity with banking software and systems is a plus.,Ability to handle cash and maintain strict security protocols.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
