📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including corporate conferences, cultural festivals, and social gatherings.
• Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, and social media content.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and events team, including managing event registrations and attendee lists.
• Assist in the preparation of event reports and presentations to share insights and lessons learned with the team.
• Support the team in maintaining and updating event databases and CRM systems.
• Assist in the organization of team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster collaboration and creativity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with event management software, such as Eventbrite or Cvent.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Canva.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
