📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle and process insurance claims from inception to final resolution
- Conduct thorough investigations to assess the validity of claims
- Collaborate with policyholders, adjusters, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently
- Utilize SAP Claims Management and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage and track claims
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders throughout the claims process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims activities
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims processing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims principles and procedures
- Proficient in using SAP Claims Management and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian insurance regulations and industry standards
- Certification in Claims Adjusting (preferred)
